Continuous training and excellent working environment Operate the soft gelatin capsule fill manufacturing line in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety, and hygiene requirements to ensure product quality, productivity, and production program adherence. Responsibilities Manufacture soft gelatin capsule fill. Operate manufacturing and storage tanks, mixers, homogenizers, sifters, and colloidal mills. Perform process controls and equipment adjustments. Complete and reconcile manufacturing documentation per Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Disassemble, clean, and reassemble area equipment. Identify and report deviations, equipment failures, or product defects. Comply with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations. Maintain workplace order and cleanliness. Support area training and operational activities as required. Requirements Education: High school diploma (junior high school with verifiable experience may be considered). Experience: Minimum 2 years in soft gelatin capsule fill manufacturing. Knowledge: NOM-059 (GMP and GDP) Process controls Pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment operation Equipment cleaning and sanitization Skills: Attention to detail Teamwork Manual dexterity Results-oriented mindset Willingness to work rotating shifts.
