




**REQUIREMENTS:** **Must have experience in Italian cuisine, specifically in sauté and pizza preparation.** **JOB OBJECTIVE:** * To pre-prepare, prepare, present, and preserve all types of food using appropriate techniques, achieving established quality and economic objectives while adhering to food safety and hygiene standards and practices. Additionally, the candidate must be capable of participating in defining gastronomic offerings. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Prepare any dish according to the kitchen’s recipe book. * Report to and follow instructions from the head chef, sous chef, and kitchen supervisor for any task related to kitchen operations. * Perform cleaning activities in the assigned area. * Monitor and record food temperatures. * Rotate food stock based on the assigned area. * Organize and prepare raw ingredients for service (Mise en place). * Receive raw ingredients based on their organoleptic characteristics.
