Teamwork and rotation among stations A private hospital located in Pedregal is seeking kitchen staff: JOB OBJECTIVE: Prepare food to guarantee customer satisfaction, always adhering to hygiene guidelines of the H Distinction, recipes, cost control, waste reduction, and instructions from chefs. · RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare food with quality and hygiene following guidelines, recipes, and procedures established for the area, ensuring implementation of H Distinction processes. - Ensure food has the correct flavor and meets quality standards. - Ensure organization and cleanliness of one’s work area and maintain a clean station. - Work collaboratively with other cooks and rotate among stations as needed. REQUIREMENTS: - Technical degree or High School Diploma - 1–2 years of experience in cold food preparation - 1–2 years of experience in food cooking.
