Job Summary: MAYPO, a Mexican company in the pharmaceutical industry, seeks a Collections Executive to manage the recovery process, identify operational deviations, and execute action plans to minimize uncollectible debt. Key Highlights: 1. Manages the accounts receivable recovery process and payment follow-up. 2. Identifies and resolves operational contingencies in collections. 3. Collaborates with sales to implement action plans and mitigate risks. We are currently seeking TALENT for the position of COLLECTIONS EXECUTIVE. Requirements and Knowledge: • Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Administration (near graduation). • 1 year of experience in collections. • General knowledge of Excel, SAP, and Outlook. • Standard vehicle operation – valid driver’s license Responsibilities: *Monitors the accounts receivable recovery process, verifying the documentary integration of kits jointly with other collections and sales departments, to ensure timely payment. *Identifies potential contingencies or operational deviations in the collections process via electronic client portal queries, telephone calls, or email, thereby determining whether formal letters and/or client visits are required to eliminate existing obstacles and achieve effective and optimal collections. *Executes action plans covering all activities of the collections process per client, implementing them jointly with the sales team to address impact variables and minimize the risk of non-collection. *Validates the nomenclature entered into the SAP system (FBL5N) to carry out necessary actions jointly with the sales department. *Informs the Collections Manager if any client’s payment delinquency presents a collection risk, escalating clients with significant outstanding balances to Legal once all persuasive collection efforts and procedures have been exhausted, and before the debt becomes uncollectible.
