Excellent communication and negotiation skills An innovative fintech company providing financial solutions is looking for: **Collections Agent** We seek Collections Agents capable of recovering accounts, offering customized solutions to regularize customers' credits, and providing product, amount, payment date, and payment channel information. What are we looking for in you? * Minimum 3 months of credit card collections experience (MANDATORY). * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to handle objections with empathy and customer-oriented guidance. * Adherence to processes, policies, and professional ethics. * Experience with digital collection channels (desirable). * Completed high school education. * Location: Mexico City * Education level: completed high school Benefits: * Base salary: $10,000 MXN gross * Performance bonuses of up to $16,000 MXN * Statutory benefits from day one (IMSS, Infonavit, etc.) * 12 vacation days, 15 days of year-end bonus, 25% vacation premium * Life insurance * Major Medical Expense Insurance (to be contracted after 90 days as an active employee within the company) Schedule: * Morning shift: 8:00 AM \- 2:30 PM * Evening shift: 2:30 PM \- 9:00 PM Shifts rotate quarterly between morning and evening * Saturday: 8:00 AM \- 5:00 PM * Sunday: 9:00 AM \- 4:00 PM One weekend day off on a rotating basis Employment type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance Workplace: On-site employment
