We are looking for our new **Call Center Executive (1-year position)** Requirements: * Basic computer skills and internet navigation proficiency. * Minimum 6 months of experience. * Customer service experience. * Strong communication skills / clear diction. * Completed high school diploma (preferred) Responsibilities: * Perform daily follow-up on the PAP IMSS program platform according to each patient’s status, * as documented by the nurse (follow-up traffic light system). * Maintain close communication with coordination staff and nurses for patient follow-up. * Make outbound calls to patients for follow-up regarding documentation, information delivery timelines, * and/or resolution of questions. * Record patient interactions in the platform. * Validate call downloads and storage every 30 days. * Address and resolve any incidents within a maximum of 72 hours after notification. * Establish medical agreements with provider networks. * Negotiate costs with providers and incorporate related documentation into the file. * Follow up on provider documentation delivery and jointly review it with the Legal Department. * Update medical network information and provider agreement negotiations. * Build the provider network database. * Build the database for provider loading into the Grupo Consulmed mobile app. * Conduct site visits to providers’ facilities to validate and verify offered services. * Report any operational incidents or anomalies to the direct supervisor. * Complete assigned training programs.
