Committed to medical excellence, patient safety, and talent development. · Position: ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ANALYST WhatsApp inquiries: 5580313863 Interviews from 10 AM to 12 PM on May 25 · Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, with official degree certificate and professional license (non-negotiable) Availability for immediate interview and onboarding Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable · Responsibilities: Validate, record, and manage the payment processing of supplier invoices, ensuring compliance with internal policies, tax requirements, and established payment timelines. Administer requests for advances, reimbursements, and expense verifications from internal users, ensuring proper documentation control and correct accounting application. Monitor and reconcile supplier account statements, identifying discrepancies, outstanding items, and ensuring accurate balance reconciliation. Provide telephone and email support and advisory services to suppliers and internal departments, resolving queries related to payments, invoicing, and administrative processes. Prepare reports, financial analyses, and databases to support month-end closings, audits, and monitoring of accounts payable KPIs.
