




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to join our Systems team, responsible for network infrastructure administration, incident management, and team collaboration. Key Highlights: 1. At **IOS OFFICES**, we seek your enthusiasm, organization, and talent to join our Systems team. **Technical Responsibilities:** * Use of terminal emulators such as **Putty, ZOC7, or similar tools** for infrastructure administration. * Configuration and management of network devices via **Command Line Interface (CLI)**. * Identification and understanding of the role of devices within the **network CORE**, including: \- Routers \- Firewalls / ASA \- Layer 2 and Layer 3 switches * Knowledge of the **OSI model** and its application in network incident resolution. * Administration and support of **WiFi networks**, understanding the role of **Access Points** in network connectivity. * Management of network connections on **computers and mobile devices**, considering different operating systems. * Interaction with IT infrastructure devices using various connection methods: \- Web-based access \- CLI \- Telnet \- SSH * Continuous monitoring of assigned sites using the **PRTG tool**, identifying alerts and potential incidents. **Incident Management:** * Respond to and track technical incidents at assigned sites. * Apply the escalation matrix according to established resolution timeframes. * Maintain constant communication with team members to ensure proper incident handling. * Timely reporting to leaders, regional teams, and the broader team regarding critical situations or escalated incidents. **Leadership and Collaboration:** * Take ownership of incident management and resolution within your assigned zone. * Coordinate communication among team members during events or significant failures. * Keep zone, regional, and leadership teams informed about incident status. **Schedule** * Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. * Two Saturdays per month, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. **We Offer** * Statutory benefits * Savings fund * Career growth * Additional benefits Employment type: Full-time, indefinite term Salary: $14,000\.00 \- $16,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Complimentary beverages * Discounts and preferential pricing * Company parking * Employee referral program * Additional vacation days or paid leave Application Question(s): * Age?
