At Human Skill, we are looking for a dynamic professional to join as a Branch Sales and Customer Service Executive at a leading transnational corporation in the pharmaceutical-cosmetic sector. **Location:** --------------- Juárez neighborhood, Cuauhtémoc borough, CDMX (a short walk from Metrobús Hamburgo and Metro Insurgentes). **Your Mission:** -------------- You will represent our brand’s identity and values through specialized technical advice, efficiently managing branch operations and ensuring every customer receives a high-level shopping experience in our outstanding facilities—designed to support optimal performance of your duties. **What We Seek in You:** -------------------------- * Education: Completed high school or incomplete higher education. * Experience: The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience in counter sales at retail branches, commercial customer service, or as a branch supervisor. * Plus: Experience in department stores is desirable. * Documentation: Valid employment certificates from your most recent job are required. * Skills: Excellent verbal fluency, strong organizational ability, and full commitment to achieving goals. * Attitude: Customer-service orientation and proactivity. **Your Main Responsibilities:** ------------------------------ * In-branch sales and customer service. * Specialized advisory services and sales closing (customer approach and needs identification). * Cash handling (collections, daily cash counts, and end-of-day reconciliation). * Inventory control (merchandise receipt, labeling, and strategic placement). * Premium customer service and resolution of inquiries. **Our Offer to You:** --------------------------- * Base salary: $13,000–$14,000 gross monthly, depending on qualifications (weekly payroll payment). * Food vouchers: Additional $1,300 per month. * Bonuses: Variable incentive scheme based on sales results. * Extraordinary year-end bonus: ¡30 days’ salary! * Additional benefits: Uniforms, brand product discounts, and statutory benefits. * Employment type: Direct hire by the company. **Work-Life Schedule:** ------------------------------ * Monday to Friday: 09:00–18:00 hrs (with 1-hour lunch break). * Saturday: 10:00–14:00 hrs. * Sunday: Off!
