We are looking for talent and therefore request an **Instructional Designer**. The **purpose of this position** is to collaborate on educational research oriented toward curriculum design processes to develop academic program offerings. Conduct educational research processes to support instructional design for new academic products or for updating and continuously improving undergraduate, graduate, and continuing education programs—delivered in face-to-face, blended, and online modalities—based on the current educational model. **What profile are we seeking?** * Graduates or candidates completing graduation in Pedagogy, Education Sciences, or Educational Psychology. * Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and knowledge of instructional design models. * Knowledge and experience using virtual classrooms. * Application of pedagogical strategies focused on active and experiential learning. * Development of teaching materials for diverse study modalities. * Use of technological tools to design various learning objects. * Basic HTML knowledge. **Develop your experience through the following activities:** * Periodically participate in curriculum design processes related to curriculum foundations, professional profiles, and curriculum organization and structuring. * Routinely perform instructional design for undergraduate, graduate, and continuing education academic programs across all delivery modalities—in alignment with the current educational model—to contribute to students’ learning process. * Search for and select teaching resources for instructional design. * Develop instructional scripts for various learning resources. * Assemble and configure designed learning resources within the LMS. * Maintain quality and excellence in quarterly courses. * Meet deadlines and institutional criteria. **We highly value your outstanding talent and effort; we offer job stability and benefits exceeding legal requirements:** * Gross monthly salary of $16,359 (pre-tax) \+ $3,460 net monthly food vouchers. * Statutory and enhanced benefits from your first day of employment. * Vacation time before your first year (in December and during Holy Week). * 30-day Christmas bonus. * Profit-sharing equivalent to 30 days’ salary. * 6% savings fund contribution. * Life insurance. * 50% tuition discount for EBC educational programs. * Gym access. * Direct hiring. **Work schedule**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Work location:** Marsella 44, Col.
