You will be responsible for maintaining rooms and assigned areas in optimal condition regarding cleanliness, order, and hygiene, ensuring a pleasant experience for guests. **Main Responsibilities:** * Clean and tidy rooms according to established standards. * Change bed linens and towels. * Restock amenities (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc.). * Clean and disinfect bathrooms. * Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors. * Report damages or required maintenance in rooms. * Proper handling of cleaning products and equipment. * Compliance with hygiene and safety protocols. * Assist with cleaning common areas when required. **Requirements:** * Attention to detail and a service-oriented attitude. * Flexible availability. * Ability to work as part of a team. * Responsibility and honesty. **Competencies:** * Organization. * Speed and efficiency. * Ability to work under pressure. * Courteous and respectful treatment of guests and colleagues.
