Project and resource coordination At Grupo Escala Inc., we are looking for our next Facilities Manager. ***What Are We Looking For?*** * **Space management and planning**: Optimize the layout and utilization of physical spaces to enhance efficiency and adapt to organizational needs. * **Occupational health and safety**: Ensure compliance with occupational risk prevention regulations, fire safety standards, and evacuation plans. * **Asset security**: Supervise security systems and personnel to protect assets and people. * **Budgetary and financial management**: Develop and monitor operational and capital budgets related to facilities. * **Project coordination**: Oversee construction, renovation, or expansion projects, managing costs, timelines, and resources. * **Resource optimization**: Improve energy efficiency and sustainability of buildings. * **Vendor and service management**: Procure and supervise external services such as cleaning, catering, maintenance, or transportation. * Availability to work across multiple sites, with your primary office located on Avenida Constituyentes. ***What Do We Offer?*** * Statutory benefits * Birthday bonus in USD * Anniversary bonus in USD * Savings fund Employment type: Indefinite-term contract Salary: Starting from $20,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
