Requirements: * Prior experience working as a Line Cook A in a high-volume restaurant setting. * Solid knowledge and skills in culinary techniques and food handling. * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure. * Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. * Attention to detail and passion for presenting high-quality dishes. Responsibilities: * Prepare and cook menu items following provided recipes. * Ensure all dishes are prepared according to the company’s quality and presentation standards. * Maintain kitchen hygiene and cleanliness, and comply with food safety regulations. * Collaborate with the kitchen team on menu planning and development of new recipes. * Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute creative ideas to continuously enhance our dishes and presentations.
