Providing information about facilities and services Job Description: **Job Objective** Provide support for luggage handling, guest escorting, and general assistance, ensuring friendly, efficient, and respectful service. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist with luggage during check\-in and check\-out. * Escort guests to their rooms. * Provide information about hotel facilities and services. * Address special guest requests. * Support front desk operations as required. **Requirements** * Minimum 6 months’ experience in hospitality or customer service (preferred). * Excellent personal presentation. * Service-oriented attitude and courteous demeanor. * Basic\-intermediate English (conversational). * Shifts: 7 a.m.\-3 p.m. or 3 p.m.\-11 p.m. * Teamwork and accountability. **We Offer** * Base salary of **$9,200 tax\-free monthly** (paid biweekly). * Monthly food vouchers amounting to 4% of salary (monthly). * 12% savings fund contribution (monthly). * Complimentary staff cafeteria. * Excellent working environment.
