As a bartender, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional drinks for our guests while delivering quality service in a dynamic, high-traffic environment. We seek someone passionate about mixology, skilled in customer relations, and capable of working under pressure—because at Tenampa, the energy never stops. **Responsibilities:** Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Salón Tenampa’s standards. Serve customers promptly, courteously, and professionally at the bar area. Maintain a clean and organized work area, complying with all hygiene and safety regulations. Collaborate with the bartending team and other restaurant staff to ensure fast and efficient service. Adhere to restaurant policies regarding responsible alcohol service and proper beverage handling. **Requirements:** Minimum 1 year of experience as a bar assistant in a high-traffic restaurant or bar. Knowledge of cocktail preparation and traditional Mexican beverages, as well as proper use of bar equipment. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
