We seek someone who masters the "bar rhythm" and serves as the driving force keeping the bar running flawlessly. **Your main responsibilities:** * **Bar Mastery:** Support in *mise en place*, preparation of syrups, garnishes, and management of supplies according to high-end cocktail standards. * **Floor Service:** Agile table service, thorough knowledge of the menu, and support in service flow. * **Operations and Organization:** Cleaning, polishing glassware, and organizing stations (bar and dining area).
