Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and committed Warehouse and Delivery Assistant to ensure proper and safe handling of merchandise, supporting activities such as inventory management, organization, picking, packing, loading, and unloading. Organized and proactive management of warehouse and delivery tasks A technology company located in the work area: Near Metro Toreo is looking for a Warehouse and Delivery Assistant to join its operational team. This position targets candidates with 2 years of experience in this role or similar, and secondary education, who can directly support cyclic inventory, warehouse cleaning and organization, merchandise organization and picking, merchandise packing, and merchandise loading/unloading. The role requires a responsible and committed individual with numerical aptitude, organizational skills, proactivity, and a positive attitude, capable of working effectively in a team within a warehouse and delivery environment. The primary objective of this position is to ensure proper, orderly, and safe handling of merchandise in accordance with established procedures. What We Offer? Base salary of MXN 10,000.00 net per month for the Warehouse and Delivery Assistant position. Statutory benefits; work schedule from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, as specified for this position. Overtime pay in accordance with applicable legislation and operational needs. Work location: Near Metro Toreo, as the primary reference for workplace location. Responsibilities in This Role Conduct cyclic inventory, warehouse cleaning, and organization in compliance with internal policies and records established by the organization. Perform merchandise organization and picking, ensuring correct classification, rotation, and availability of stored products. Carry out merchandise packing, loading, and unloading while adhering to safety measures and material handling care. Collaborate in merchandise conditioning — essential teamwork requiring responsibility and commitment to ensure proper daily order preparation. Support general warehouse and delivery activities, maintaining order, cleanliness, and basic records required for operational control. What Profile Are We Seeking? Minimum 3 years of experience in this role or similar, performing duties as a Warehouse and Delivery Assistant in comparable environments. Completed secondary education, providing foundational knowledge necessary for documentation handling and warehouse processes. Demonstrated sufficient numerical aptitude for merchandise counting, cyclic inventory review, and basic stock control. Proven ability to work effectively in a team — responsible and committed — consistently collaborating with colleagues and area supervisors. Maintain organization and proactivity, managing daily warehouse and delivery tasks without neglecting company-established procedures.
