Preparing reports and performing administrative tasks RECRUITER TIME AVAILABILITY AVAILABILITY FOR TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: - Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment. - Gender: No preference - Age: 27 to 35 years old. - Education: Completed Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Ability to work results-oriented in both field and office settings. RESPONSIBILITIES: Talent acquisition and dissemination for operational and administrative roles Conducting job interviews Administering psychometric tests Preparing reports Compiling personnel files Performing administrative tasks Willingness to relocate Work location IZTAPALAPA Schedule: Monday to Sunday, with one day off (flexible schedule). Availability to conduct field recruitment and work weekends if necessary.
