




Position Summary: We are seeking an accounting professional with payroll experience to manage payroll incidents, review external payroll, and support administrative and financial processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages and controls payroll incidents and reviews external payroll. 2. Controls employee onboarding, offboarding, salary adjustments, and vacation tracking. 3. Supports internal and external audits as well as administrative/legal processes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (degree holder). Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (FLL), severance calculation, liquidations, and year-end bonuses; control and submission of payroll incidents (attendance, vacations, medical leaves, permits, bonuses, absences). Although payroll preparation is handled by an external accounting firm, the candidate must have full clarity regarding payroll concepts for accurate review and validation. Proficiency in Excel / Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of ASPEL (desirable). Basic tax compliance knowledge. Main Responsibilities: Management and control of payroll incidents. Review and validation of payroll prepared by the external firm. Control of employee onboarding, offboarding, and salary adjustments. Vacation tracking and control. Preparation and management of administrative reports related to payroll. Support for internal and external audits and administrative or legal processes. General support to the Administration and Finance department. Working Conditions: Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00–18:00 hrs. Base salary + statutory benefits.
