Location: Polanco (Miguel Hidalgo Borough) Shift: Morning shift (Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 3 PM; Saturday work from 7 AM to 12 PM) Gross monthly salary, including food vouchers, is $12,415 MXN. Payments are made biweekly. Responsibilities: Perform tasks including preventive and routine maintenance in electricity, plumbing, conservation, painting, patching, etc. Experience in conservation maintenance, furniture and box relocation, concrete wall patching, drywall (plasterboard) and Durock patching, solid knowledge of electricity, air conditioning systems, and proficiency in using manual and electric tools.
