Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive mark on the world!**Employee Type** Confianza**Job Objective** Coordinate and supervise the execution of maintenance activities for equipment, services, and facilities at the blending center to support product quality and operational efficiency.**Responsibilities and Activities** * Coordinate and support the execution of preventive maintenance according to the annual plan, ensuring compliance within established timelines. * Supervise the execution of each scheduled maintenance, performed either internally or through vendors. * Verify availability of required human and material resources to carry out preventive, corrective, and planned maintenance. * Advise personnel under supervision on maintenance techniques, equipment repair, and interpretation of drawings and operation manuals to ensure practices comply with applicable regulations. * Perform daily detection, diagnosis, and analysis of equipment and infrastructure failures to propose technical/economic solutions for identifying root causes and preventing recurrence. * Propose creation or modification of equipment and service route sheets to improve performance and uptime. * Verify that environmental air system (HVAC) performance parameters remain within regulatory criteria and perform balancing adjustments as necessary. Experience * 2 years with HVAC control systems * 2 years with maintenance process planning and control Knowledge * Industrial maintenance (HVAC, refrigeration, electricity). * Basic Office software proficiency (report generation) * Electrical and manual measuring tools (multimeter, ammeter, clamp meter, screwdriver, etc.) Education Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Maintenance or Mechanical Engineering At Grupo PiSA, we prohibit violence and discrimination, promoting equal opportunities, inclusion, and diversity.
