We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to coordinate, structure, and develop the Human Resources department. ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** ***REQUIREMENTS:*** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment for operational and administrative positions. * Proficiency in Excel (filters, tables, data entry, and database updates). * Thorough knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), Official Mexican Standards (NOMs), STPS regulations, occupational safety, and risk management. * Hands-on experience managing operational and administrative staff. * Ability to design HR processes and professionalize the HR function. * Leadership skills, effective communication, and compliance-oriented mindset. ***FUNCTIONS:*** * Full-cycle recruitment, selection, and hiring of personnel. * Addressing and following up on employee inquiries. * Preparation and control of documentation for signing. * Compilation, control, updating, and archiving of personnel files. * Management and updating of Excel databases. * Training. * Organization of physical and digital archives. * Resolution of payroll and attendance incidents. * Design of recruitment and onboarding processes for operational and administrative staff. * Employee onboarding and offboarding in internal system. * Administration of exit interviews. * Metrics and reporting: Measure KPIs such as time-to-fill, turnover rate, and recruitment sources. * Generate recruitment reports. * Analyze causes of turnover. ***WE OFFER:*** * **Salary: $14,000** * **IMSS** * **Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm** * **Excellent work environment** Salary: $13,000\.00 \- $14,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
