Due to our current expansion, we require a proactive, responsible, and service-oriented individual for the position of HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT who meets the following profile. Essential Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field * Minimum 3 years’ verifiable experience in mass recruitment * Proficiency in recruiting for operational positions * Proactive and dynamic attitude * General knowledge of the HR function * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PC, and Excel * Residence near the area—no more than one hour away.
