**LATICCE is seeking a Hostess in Lomas De Angelópolis II - San Andrés Cholula, Puebla** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ### **Position Title:** **Hostess** ### **Department:** **Service / Customer Service** ### **Position Objective:** Welcome customers, assign tables, manage reservations and waiting lists, and serve as the first point of contact to create a positive experience. ### **Requirements:** **Education:** Completed secondary school or high school **Experience:** Minimum 6 months in customer service or restaurant service **Age:** 18 to 33 years old **Gender:** Unrestricted ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude. * Escort customers to their tables. * Take and confirm reservations. * Manage the waiting list, estimating wait times for table assignment. * Assign tables efficiently to optimize space usage. * Answer telephone calls and customer inquiries. * Respond to questions about the menu, promotions, or special events. * Assist other staff members when necessary. * Keep the reception area and lobby clean and organized. * Process takeout orders if included in the restaurant’s service offering. ### **Previous Experience in:** * Reception or customer service roles in restaurants, cafés, or hotels. * Managing waiting lists, reservations, and coordinating customer flow. * Teamwork and constant communication with service and kitchen staff. ### **Required Knowledge:** * Excellent service attitude and personal presentation. * Clear and courteous communication. * Organization and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Agility, empathy, and teamwork skills. * Punctuality, responsibility, and willingness to support various tasks. * Ability to remain calm during peak hours. ### **Skills and Aptitudes:** * Excellent service attitude and personal presentation. * Effective communication and teamwork. * Agility, organization, and ability to work under pressure. * Friendliness, empathy, and customer orientation. * Punctuality, responsibility, and commitment. ### **Schedule:** **Afternoon Shift:** 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. **6 working days per week and 1 weekday day off** ### **Salary:** **$8,400 monthly plus tips** ### **Notes:** This position requires excellent appearance, a proactive attitude, and genuine enthusiasm for customer service. Experience in restaurants with high customer turnover, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure are highly valued.
