Job Summary: We are seeking Operational Gardeners for the maintenance and conservation of gardens and green areas, ensuring clean and orderly spaces. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsibility for maintaining green areas 2. Plant care and incident reporting 3. Occasional support in maintenance tasks Aliato is seeking Operational Gardeners to work at a residential complex located in the Cuajimalpa / Santa Fe area. The staff will be responsible for the maintenance and conservation of gardens and green areas, ensuring clean, orderly, and optimal conditions. Main Responsibilities Pruning, watering, and cleaning of gardens and common areas. Plant care and general maintenance of green areas. Occasional support in maintenance tasks in other zones or developments. Incident reporting and basic resident assistance. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in gardening or green area maintenance. Responsibility, punctuality, and teamwork. Availability to work in Cuajimalpa / Santa Fe. Retirees or individuals seeking supplementary income are positively valued. Schedule and Conditions Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saturdays: Half-day (one Saturday off on a rotating basis) We Offer Bi-weekly salary Transportation allowance: $1,000 bi-weekly in cash.
