Main Responsibilities: Management and control of vehicle inventory (Pool Cars, Press Cars, and Job Cars). Preparation of loan agreements, liability forms, and digital files. Coordination of maintenance, inspection, and administrative services with dealerships. Control of the loan schedule and internal control flow. Insurance tracking and vehicular procedures. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field. 2 years of experience in fleet administration and procedural administration. 1 year of experience handling automotive insurance. Basic English proficiency.
