Position Summary: We are seeking a tax and financial accounting professional with experience at an accounting firm to provide comprehensive and strategic client management, ensuring regulatory compliance and generation of reliable financial information. Key Highlights: 1. Solid experience in tax and financial accounting at an accounting firm. 2. Supervision and coordination of accounting teams. 3. Leadership in tax management, regulatory compliance, and strategic support. Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting, Financial Administration, or a related field; graduation or internship status required; a Master's degree in Taxation, Finance, or Administration is desirable. Minimum 5 years of experience in tax and financial accounting is required to ensure strong tax-accounting judgment, plus at least 3 years in similar roles at an accounting firm, ensuring proper tax and financial management for clients—or regulatory compliance and generation of reliable financial information for strategic decision-making. Strong knowledge of general accounting, advanced tax and financial accounting, current tax legislation, coordination of accounting closings, advanced Excel, as well as accounting systems such as ASPEL, CONTPAQi or similar, and a customer service orientation are essential. Key responsibilities for this position: · Supervise, coordinate, and follow up on the work of accounting consultants and assistants. Review accounting records, financial statements, and tax returns. Ensure timely fulfillment of tax obligations before the SAT (Tax Administration Service). Coordinate monthly and annual accounting closings. Design, implement, and supervise internal controls to ensure the quality of accounting information. Provide technical support for strategic tax and financial decisions. Prepare managerial reports, KPIs, and metrics for the accounting department. Identify areas for improvement in accounting and tax processes. Promote and coordinate continuous technical training for the team. · · Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00 hrs.; however, candidates must have flexible availability depending on operational needs. The salary offered ranges from $30,000 to $35,000 gross per month, depending on experience, plus statutory benefits from day one.
