




Job Summary: Provide operational and technical support for accounting management by recording transactions in Aspel COI and managing accounts payable, ensuring compliance with company policies. Job Objective: Provide operational and technical support for the company’s accounting management through transaction recording and control in Aspel COI, accounts payable administration, and support in accounting and tax processes, ensuring accurate and timely compliance with accounting, administrative, and tax policies. Profile Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (completed). Experience: Recent graduate or 1–2 years of experience in accounting roles. Knowledge: - Basic accounting standards: NIF, accounting classification, provisions - Basic tax regulations: VAT (IVA), Income Tax (ISR) - Invoicing and CFDI requirements - Tools and software: Aspel COI, Microsoft Office (Intermediate Excel) Main Responsibilities: - General Accounting - Recording of accounting entries (revenues, expenses, journal entries, and adjustments) in Aspel COI. - Classification and recording of accounting transactions. - Support in monthly accounting closings. - Generation and review of trial balances. - Updating and maintenance of the chart of accounts. - Receipt, review, and registration of supplier invoices via portal and COI. - Validation of CFDIs according to tax requirements. - Control and updating of the supplier registry. - Preparation of payment schedules and due-date planning. - Reconciliation of balances with suppliers and banks. - Support in processing payments per internal policies. - Responding to internal and external audit requests. - Support in cleaning up accounting accounts. - Compilation and control of accounting and financial documentation.
