We have been featured in rankings by specialized media as one of the top 10 digital marketing agencies in Latin America, having successfully developed over 400 websites in 7 languages for more than 300 startups, fintechs, leading enterprises, and global brands, serving clients from 15 countries across 3 continents. ***Objective:*** To create, design, and maintain functional and visually appealing websites using the WordPress platform, based on UX/UI principles. ***Key Responsibilities:*** * Updating or creating web pages using CMS (primarily WordPress), with a focus on UX/UI design * Web page layout and structuring * Structuring web pages using predefined templates * Designing web graphics (icons, favicons, banners) * Updating and maintaining plugins * Minor HTML and CSS adjustments (basic level, not programming) * Editing photographs for web use ***Requirements:*** * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field * English – Intermediate * Intermediate proficiency in WordPress or similar CMS * Knowledge of UX/UI * Experience with Elementor, Divi, or WP Bakery * Intermediate proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator for editing and creating assets * One year of experience in a similar role * Personal computer with internet access ***Technical Skills:*** * WordPress – Mandatory * WordPress page builders (Elementor, Divi, WP Bakery, or similar) \- Mandatory * WordPress plugins \- Mandatory * Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for minor HTML code adjustments (not programming) \- Desirable * SEO – Desirable * Photoshop – Mandatory * Illustrator – Mandatory ***Soft Skills:*** * Strong aesthetic sense * Proactive attitude * Attention to detail * Teamwork ***We Offer:*** * Hybrid work arrangement * Quarterly training plan * Direct experience with major clients * Excellent working environment * Certified training programs * Salary between $14,000 and $16,000 ***Working Hours:*** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM If you meet the requirements and are interested, please send us your CV and digital portfolio (URL to Behance or similar platform) so we can review your work.
