Focus on results and information security We are a solid, growing company in the financial sector, seeking an analytical professional as a **Systems and Technical Support Assistant**. **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support for systems and perform physical and logical installation of computing equipment * Maintain Office suite software, Excel, and Outlook on equipment * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of computing systems and possess knowledge of networks * Focus on results and ensure satisfactory resolution of support tickets * Knowledge of Information Security (IS) **Requirements:** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (current student or graduate) * Organized and proactive * Experience installing software and operating systems * Configuration of email accounts in Outlook and Office installation * Structured cabling (network cable assembly) * Prior experience in the financial sector is a plus **We Offer:** * Monthly net salary of $17,000 * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. * Statutory benefits from day one * Excellent dynamic and high-impact work environment * Location: 10 minutes from Polanco metro station Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $17,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * What is your expected monthly salary?
