Position Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Engineer or related professional to support the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System, KPI monitoring, and internal audits. Key Highlights: 1. Key support in the implementation of the Quality Management System. 2. Active participation in KPI monitoring and internal audits. 3. Collaboration in the application of the 5S methodology and nonconformance analysis. **Education** * Bachelor's degree in **Industrial Engineering** or related field (recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience). **Basic Knowledge** * Knowledge of **Quality Management System**. * Proficiency in **quality tools** (Ishikawa, Pareto, 5 Whys, check sheets). * Knowledge of **5S methodology**. * Monitoring and management of **KPIs / performance indicators**. * Basic knowledge of **drawing interpretation**. * Knowledge of **measuring instruments** (vernier caliper, micrometer, tape measure, etc.). * Basic knowledge of **document control**. * Basic or intermediate proficiency in **Microsoft Excel**. **Skills** * Documentation organization and control. * Information analysis. * Attention to detail. * Teamwork. * Effective communication. **Main Responsibilities** * Support in the implementation and maintenance of the **Quality Management System**. * Monitoring of **quality indicators (KPIs)**. * Support in **internal audits**. * Control and updating of **system documents**. * Support in implementing **5S in work areas**. * Basic verification of **measurements and specification compliance**. * Support in analyzing **nonconformities and corrective actions**. * In-process product inspection.
