Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Android QE Engineer passionate about automation and native development to ensure the high quality and performance of mobile applications. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a **Senior Android QE Engineer** to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate not only possesses testing skills but is also passionate about automation and native development, ensuring our mobile applications meet the highest standards of quality and performance. **Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and maintain robust automation scripts for Android applications. * Collaborate closely with development teams to identify defects early in the software lifecycle. * Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous and secure deployments. * Execute API testing and technical debugging to ensure data integrity and system communication. **Technical Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years in UI automation for mobile platforms, with expert-level use of **Appium**. * **Programming Languages:** Strong proficiency in **Kotlin** or **Java** (native development). * **Android Tools:** Advanced experience with **Android Studio**, **Espresso**, and **ADB**. * **Frameworks:** Experience with frameworks such as **JUnit**, **TestNG**, or **Cucumber**. * **CI/CD:** Knowledge of tools such as **Jenkins**, **GitHub Actions**, or **BitRise**. * **APIs:** Experience testing **RESTful APIs**, handling **JSON**, and using tools like **Postman**. * **Architecture:** Understanding of modern UI architecture, including **Jetpack Compose** and XML layouts. * **English:** Advanced conversational proficiency. **Offer:** * Base salary: MXN 45,000–90,000 per month (gross) * Office working hours * Hybrid work mode * 100% payroll-based employment * Salary open to negotiation based on experience * Statutory benefits * Enhanced benefits (family SGMM, SV MXN 1 million, grocery vouchers, 30-day bonus, PTU)
