Develop and maintain complex project schedules **SERTRES DEL NORTE is seeking a Project Planner in Florida \- Álvaro Obregón, Mexico City** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ JOB DESCRIPTION SERTRES is seeking a highly experienced Project Planner to support the ongoing expansion of our compliance network in LATAM. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, startups, and construction—to develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and identify potential planning risks. The ideal candidate will have experience in project planning, scheduling, and implementation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop and maintain integrated planning for large fulfillment center (FC) projects. * + Coordinate material flows and installation schedules across multiple interdependent suppliers. + Track project progress, identify potential risks, and develop contingency plans to avoid delays. + Collaborate closely with engineering and construction teams to ensure milestone adherence. + Manage overall project scheduling, ensuring alignment with key deliverables. + Facilitate and participate in schedule reviews with internal and external stakeholders (suppliers). + Conduct schedule impact assessments and recommend mitigation strategies. + Analyze resource loading and recommend adjustments as needed. + Monitor and report on the progress of all project activities, highlighting key milestones and potential planning risks. + Support the development and implementation of best practices in project planning and their standardization across the compliance network. BASIC REQUIREMENTS * + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or related fields. + Experience in project planning, scheduling, and implementation within complex environments. + Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Oracle Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalents. + Experience managing large-scale projects with multiple dependencies and stakeholders. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Advanced English proficiency and fluency in the local language. + Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS * + Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar). + Experience commissioning new logistics centers, factories, or large-scale facilities. + Familiarity with material handling equipment, such as palletizing systems, conveyor belts, etc. * \- Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship management skills. \- Experience with AutoCAD or similar layout planning software. * + English proficiency is mandatory Schedule your interview with\*Lic.
