Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager to coordinate the lifecycle of hardware projects and configuration of specialized software, ensuring deliveries meet quality standards. Key Responsibilities **Implementation Management:** Coordinate the lifecycle of hardware projects (Storage, Servers, Computing) and configuration of specialized software (Veeam, VMware, AWS). **Quality and Timeline Control:** Ensure deliveries comply with PMI standards and, when required by the project, apply Agile frameworks for iterative deliveries. **Documentation:** Prepare meeting minutes, project plans, charters, flowcharts, and closure reports. **Stakeholder Communication:** Serve as the bridge between Wolk IT’s engineering team and the end client, ensuring clarity on scope and expectations. Profile Requirements **Education:** 1\-3 years of verifiable experience. **Related fields of study:** Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines. **Methodologies:** Solid understanding of PMBOK fundamentals (PMI) and Agile/Scrum frameworks. **Technical Knowledge (Desirable):** Understanding of infrastructure terminology (e.g., what a backup is, hybrid cloud, virtualization). Familiarity with tools such as MS Project, Jira, Trello, or similar. Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (or Excel). **Languages:** Intermediate English (technical reading). Soft Skills **Proactivity and Self-orientation:** You do not wait to be told what to do; you identify the next logical step. **Self-management:** Ability to manage your own schedule and multiple tasks without losing focus. **Verbal Fluency:** Excellent verbal and written communication for presentations and handling minor crises. **Technical Curiosity:** Eagerness to learn about the storage and cloud solutions we implement.
