Ensures operational efficiency and product quality At VENTO MOTORCYCLES, a leading company in motorcycle distribution and assembly, we are looking for a MOTORCYCLE PRODUCTION MANAGER with strategic focus and analytical vision to join our team. OBJECTIVE: Analyze, control, and monitor production processes through KPIs, reports, and operational monitoring to ensure adherence to the production schedule, operational efficiency, product quality, and resource optimization. WE ARE SEEKING: PRODUCTION ANALYST - T2 LOCATION: * San Nicolas Tolentino Santin SCHEDULE: * Monday to Thursday, 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM * Availability (weekends if required) REQUIREMENTS: * Industrial Engineering or Logistics, Supply Chain, or related bachelor's degree * Production experience: minimum 1 year * Inventory management experience * KPI management skills * Automotive industry experience preferred SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plan compliance. Analyze productivity, efficiency, and operational time indicators. Identify deviations, bottlenecks, or production issues. Prepare production reports and statistics. Coordinate with departments such as maintenance, warehouse, quality, and logistics. Control material consumption and waste. Track production orders and delivery deadlines. Propose continuous improvements to processes and work methods. Support inventory management and raw material control. Verify compliance with quality and safety standards.
