At VENTO MOTORCYCLES, a leading company in motorcycle distribution and assembly, we are seeking a MOTORCYCLE PRODUCTION MANAGER with strategic focus and analytical vision to join our team. OBJECTIVE: Analyze, control, and monitor production processes through indicators, reports, and operational monitoring to ensure adherence to the production schedule, operational efficiency, product quality, and resource optimization. WE ARE SEEKING: PRODUCTION ANALYST SHIFT 1 LOCATION: * San Nicolas Tolentino Santin SCHEDULE: * Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM * Availability (weekends if required) REQUIREMENTS: * Industrial Engineering or Logistics, Supply Chain, or related Bachelor's degree * Production experience: minimum 1 year * Inventory management experience * KPI management skills * Automotive industry experience preferred SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: * Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plan compliance. * Analyze productivity, efficiency, and operational time indicators. * Identify deviations, bottlenecks, or production issues. * Prepare production reports and statistics. * Coordinate with departments such as maintenance, warehouse, quality, and logistics. * Control material consumption and waste. * Track production orders and delivery compliance. * Propose continuous improvements to processes and work methods. * Support inventory management and raw material control. * Verify compliance with quality and safety standards.
