Resource administration and policy compliance **Operational Deputy Directorate | SEPROAG** At SEPROAG, we seek strategic, analytical, and leadership-oriented talent to join as **Operational Deputy Directorate**, ensuring objective attainment, productivity, and portfolio-specific recovery strategies. **Position Objective** To direct and validate management strategies to maximize recovery across all portfolios assigned to the firm, establishing appropriate business relationships with counterparties for each portfolio. To ensure achievement of established goals and targets through proper resource administration, guaranteeing adherence to policies, regulations, and operational procedures in areas such as Human Resources, Training, and Systems. Additionally, to ensure compliance with authorized management practices for each portfolio and with Information Security guidelines. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Daily creation and review of executive dashboards to meet pre-defined targets. * Development and review of monthly, bi-weekly, and weekly work plans with Management and Coordination teams. * Daily formulation of collection strategies to achieve objectives. * Attendance and follow-up on board meetings with clients from each portfolio. * Daily monitoring of productivity and effectiveness indicators. * Adjustment of operational strategies in case of deviations. * Assertive and strategic communication with various departments under supervision. **Requirements** * Minimum 3 years of experience managing call centers. * Experience developing work plans and executive KPIs. * Knowledge of: * CRM * Predictive and progressive dialing systems * Mass communication tools (Blaster and SMS) * Advanced proficiency in: * Databases * Statistics * Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Minimum 3 years of personnel management experience (supervising over 60 people). * Experience in Human Resources processes: * Recruitment * Personnel selection * Completed bachelor's degree. * Master's degree in finance or administration preferred. **Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM * Saturday: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM **We Offer** \-Competitive salary, determined according to verifiable experience. \-Statutory benefits \-Direct employment contract with the company Salary: $25,000\.00 \- $35,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
