We are looking for talent like: Maintenance Assistant. Requirements: * Minimum of 1 year of experience in maintenance. * Secondary school diploma, high school diploma, etc. Responsibilities: * Handle all assigned emergency repair and/or adjustment requests (buildings, equipment, electromechanical and hydraulic installations). * Knowledge of drywall, air conditioning, electrical installation (0–220 volts), and masonry. * Notify the infrastructure supervisor of improvement opportunities for evaluation. * Maintain up-to-date inventory records of tools, spare parts, and materials used in maintenance activities. Work location: Roma Sur, CDMX (near Chilpancingo and Centro Médico metro stations; Metrobús Nuevo León and Chilpancingo stops). Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Saturday hours may be reduced depending on operational needs)
