By prioritizing employee growth and development, we enable each individual to reach their full potential on their own terms—because the best work happens when one is free to be themselves and share their unique experience. ### **What Do You Need to Succeed in This Role?** * Resolve fit, form, and function issues related to assembly components and repairs provided during Bombardier Aerospace product manufacturing. * Identify solutions for any reported and properly documented structural assembly and/or system-related issues, ensuring rapid and efficient resolution. * Perform repairs in compliance with Engineering specifications, design concepts, and integrity requirements, and sign/authorize such repairs on behalf of the Engineering department. * Collaborate cross-functionally with all engineering areas—including liaison engineering, design, stress analysis, materials and processes, aerodynamics, systems, and others as required—to resolve or coordinate reported issues. * Support production line, logistics, and quality teams during problem resolution and provide corrective actions involving the Engineering department. * Interpret engineering drawings and support newly hired employees. * Lead technical support to operations, methods, and quality. * Provide training and feedback to team members outside the MRB community and to non-specialized MRB members. * Lead continuous improvement initiatives. * Respond to internal and external customer requirements. * Interact with external collaborators on commercial matters. ### **How to Thrive in This Role?** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum five (5) years of MRB experience or six (6) years of aerospace design experience. * Excellent knowledge of aircraft structure and technical expertise in system installation. * Experience with aircraft electrical systems. * Energetic individual with outstanding communication skills, strong sense of accountability, and willingness to assume responsibility while interacting in a high-pressure environment with customers/suppliers. * Prior mentoring experience in both the liaison engineering environment and problem-solving contexts. * Extensive knowledge of CATIA V5. * Flexible and capable of working autonomously under pressure. * Recognized for sound technical judgment and practical approach. **Now that you see yourself in this role, submit your application and join the Bombardier team!** Note: It is *not* necessary to possess *all* the skills, knowledge, and experience listed to apply for this position.
