***Manufacturing Company Located in Tecate, BC, Seeking Customs Compliance Leader*** * Bachelor’s degree in business administration, international trade and customs, logistics, or engineering * Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the **Position and Manufacturing Industry** * Effective bilingual (English-Spanish) communication skills, both verbal and written * Knowledge of import-export invoices in the foreign trade system * Practical understanding of the unloading process in the foreign trade system. * Maintain current balance between temporary import records vs. ERP records. * Registration, renewal, and maintenance of VAT/IEPS certification * Application and control of PPS, Norma 8ª, PROFEPA, SEMARNAT * Process applications through the Single Window (VUCEM) * Knowledge of Tariff Classification * Renewal and maintenance of the security matrix issued by SAT * **T-MEC (T-MEC) Analysis of finished products, as well as annual renewal and review of certificates of origin** * Registration, classification, and labeling of Fixed Assets (temporary or definitive) * Tariff classification of raw materials, finished products, and machinery * Virtual transfers * Teamwork * Service-oriented attitude Job Type: Full-time Salary: $67,000.00 - $80,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
