Food Engineer A leading company in the food industry is looking for a Food Engineer to supervise and control cafeteria operations. We seek a candidate with experience in food processing, quality supervision, and compliance with sanitary regulations, and who is organized and committed to continuous improvement. Requirements: * + Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering is mandatory + Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial cafeterias, corporate cafeterias, or similar positions + Knowledge of diet and menu development and supervision + Hygienic handling of food + Knowledge and application of NOM, GMP, Distintivo H, and food safety standards + Experience supervising operational staff + Organization, monitoring, and control of processes Responsibilities: * + Supervise daily cafeteria operations + Verify food quality and hygiene + Monitor adherence to established diets and menus + Ensure compliance with sanitary regulations + Supervise kitchen and service personnel + Control supplies and provide operational support We Offer: * + Net monthly salary of $13,000 to $14,500 + Statutory benefits + Job stability + Growth opportunities Work Schedule: * Monday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Position Type: * Full-time
