




Position Summary: We are seeking an Expense Analyst to receive, review, record, and process payments for settlements, advances, and other expenses, while managing operational funds. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operational expense analysis and management 2. Tracking of policies, invoices, and suppliers 3. Bank reconciliations and expense reports We are seeking an EXPENSE ANALYST Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Commerce, or Finance—completed or incomplete * Minimum required experience **EXPERIENCE IN: Receiving, reviewing, recording, and processing transfer payments for each operator related to travel settlements, travel advances, accommodations, and other types of expenses, as well as managing the operational fund allocated to make payments for the aforementioned items.** **Key Activities:** \-Expense analysis. \-Operational expenses. \-Tracking and review. \-Policies and invoices. \-Bank reconciliations. \-Expense and debt reports (Excel). \-Supplier follow-up. \-Knowledge of general accounting. \-Reviewing cash counts from various operational bases.
