Job stability and professional growth within the sector. **Vitalento Solutions is looking for a Cost and Budget Engineer in San Lorenzo \- Metepec, State of Mexico** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If you have experience in construction, infrastructure, or civil works, and are passionate about optimizing costs and ensuring project profitability, this opportunity is for you. **COST AND BUDGET ENGINEER** ### **Responsibilities:** Preparation of baseline and executive budgets for construction projects. Conducting unit price analysis (UPA). Integration of direct, indirect, financing, and profit costs. Quantification of work volumes from drawings. Preparation of item catalogs. Updating and validating material, labor, and machinery cost data. Budgetary control monitoring and deviation detection. Preparation of financial and project profitability analyses. Coordination with site managers, supervisors, and project managers. Requesting and negotiating quotations with suppliers. Supporting value engineering and cost optimization. ### **Requirements:** Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related degree.
