Familiarity with the city (Temixco, Xochtepec, Emiliano Zapata, Jiutepec, Cuernavaca). Valid driver’s license (Morelos). Handling of objections. Excellent negotiation skills. Customer service orientation. Professional appearance. Honest and responsible. Management of collections activities and case follow-up. Flexible availability regarding working hours. **Responsibilities:** Conduct home collection visits for assigned accounts; complete physical and/or digital visit forms; and record outcomes of collection activities in the collection system. Meet daily home visit quotas, as well as productivity, quality, and human resources targets. Negotiate with customers by offering payment alternatives and possible exit programs enabling account regularization, service reactivation, or equipment recovery. Identify alternative scheduling options and communication methods to locate customers, family members, or third parties, thereby achieving successful visits.
