




**We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to cover a maternity leave.** **Key Responsibilities** * Preparing documentation related to order delivery to customers. * Scanning, organizing, and archiving physical and digital documents. * Timely follow-up on documentary requirements for reconciliations. * Data entry (orders, attendance, invoices, among others). * Supporting the delivery of official correspondence and documentation to **government installations**. * Providing general administrative support to the department. **Requirements** * Minimum education: **Completed high school**. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially **Excel and Word** (intermediate level). * Commitment, punctuality, and strong sense of professional responsibility. * Frustration tolerance and ability to handle variable workloads. * Willingness to learn and adapt to administrative processes. * **Working Hours** * **Monday to Friday:** 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM * **Saturdays:** 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM *(with possibility of taking two Saturdays off per month)* * Availability for **overtime** during specific periods of high operational demand. **We Offer** * **Net monthly salary:** MXN $10,798 * Statutory benefits (IMSS, vacation, year-end bonus). * Professional development opportunities based on performance, commitment, and results. **If you have basic administrative experience, are organized, and are seeking a temporary opportunity with real learning and clear structure, this vacancy may be an excellent fit.**
