Development in heavy machinery maintenance **Maintenance Assistant** At *GRUPO MONTEBLANCO*, we are looking for a **Maintenance Assistant** to maintain **heavy machinery**, such as **forklifts, pallet jacks, tractors, Manitou**, and other equipment. **Requirements:** * Technical degree in: industrial maintenance, electromechanics, mechanics, automotive electronics, or related field. * Minimum 6 months of maintenance experience (preventive and corrective). * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Service-oriented attitude and commitment. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary: $11,600 gross per month, with opportunity for growth based on performance evaluation—to **$12,700 after completing 3 months.** * Biweekly payment via Banorte (we handle your card application process). * Statutory and above-statutory benefits: * 40% vacation bonus. * Up to 15 additional days of year-end bonus. * Savings fund. * Life insurance.
