**Maintenance Supervisor** At *GRUPO MONTEBLANCO*, we are seeking a **Maintenance Supervisor** to join our team. We specialize in **mushroom cultivation**, and therefore do not operate traditional production lines. Our operations primarily involve heavy machinery such as forklifts, telehandlers, tractors, Manitou equipment, and other similar machinery. Candidates must demonstrate willingness and interest in working in this type of environment and with this type of equipment. **Profile: Automotive / Diesel Maintenance Supervisor** **Requirements:** * **Strong knowledge of diesel mechanics**, including: tractors, telehandlers, trucks, and forklifts. * **Automotive electrical systems expertise** (diagnosis, repair, and fault detection). * **Minimum 2 years’ experience** in a similar supervisory role overseeing maintenance areas. * **Personnel management**: task assignment, progress tracking, performance evaluation, and adherence to deadlines. * Availability to work rotating shifts across three shifts. **We offer:** * Biweekly payment via Banorte (we handle your card application process). * Statutory and above-statutory benefits: * 40% vacation bonus. * Savings fund. * Life insurance. * Up to 15 additional days of year-end bonus. * Monthly salary: $15,000 gross.
