Join the **Quálitas** Team as a **MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT** **Work Location:** San Jerónimo, Álvaro Obregón **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\. Verify functionality of office air conditioning equipment. 2\. Inspect and perform preventive and corrective repairs on hydrosanitary installations (bathrooms, sinks, drainage) and gas systems. 3\. Perform preventive\-corrective maintenance both inside and outside facilities (painting, masonry, waterproofing, drywall, furniture repair, etc.). 4\. Inspect electrical installations, replacing burnt-out light fixtures and checking outlet functionality. 5\. Perform locksmithing tasks, including key duplication, lock cylinder replacement, and drawer unlocking upon user request. 6\. Support office conservation and operational continuity. **Requirements:** Completed high school diploma with certificate One year of experience in general maintenance, preferably in corporate offices (verifiable) Knowledge of plumbing, masonry, electricity, locksmithing, emergency power plants, and air conditioning Healthy credit bureau report (current payments/clean record). **WE OFFER:** \* Monthly salary of **$12,200\.00** \* Statutory benefits from day one. \* Enhanced benefits: 30-day year-end bonus. 12 vacation days starting from the first year.
