We are looking for a candidate interested in developing as a **Commercial Manager**, with outstanding sales skills, service orientation, interest in finance and the commercial field, independent attitude, ambition, strong problem-solving ability, and decision-making capability to contribute to building a successful commercial team. **Key Responsibilities:** * CNSF Training and Certification (A1 License\) * Financial and wealth advisory services * Attracting potential clients (daily prospecting) * Achieving targets within short timeframes * Recruitment (attracting new talent) * Training and development of one’s own commercial team **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree (economics, finance, marketing, actuarial science, international business, accounting, banking, communications, stockbrokerages, investment funds, administration) * Valid A1 License issued by the National Commission for Insurance and Finance (CNSF) * Personal computer and mobile phone * High energy level * Entrepreneurial mindset (monthly income of $50,000 or more) * Responsibility and commitment * 6-month training target to master functions and processes as a Professional Advisor; thereafter transition to Agency Manager with fixed salary plus support and variable bonuses—both individual and team-based * Experience managing personnel in similar roles **Benefits We Offer:** * Focused training program * Professional growth * Commission- and bonus-based compensation during the first 6 months as a Professional Advisor (average monthly income of 30,000–45,000 MXN), uncapped * Starting month 6: base salary of 30,000 MXN fixed \+ support \+ uncapped monthly, bimonthly, and quarterly bonuses aligned with performance * National and international conventions * Variable awards * Hybrid work arrangement * Excellent working environment * Certified Great Place to Work employer Apply if you meet all mandatory requirements; a strict selection process will be conducted. “Inclusive company respecting diversity and committing to zero discrimination”, recognized with the **“Pride Connection”** award.
