The selected candidate will be responsible for office administration, supplier and customer service, calendar and filing control, organizational management, and call reception. Proven experience in similar roles, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential. The candidate must be proactive, capable of working effectively in a team, and maintain a positive attitude. Requirements: >Professional appearance. >Assist the Human Resources Coordination department with secretarial and office tasks as required. >Serviceminded attitude toward colleagues, customers, and suppliers; willingness to assume diverse responsibilities and tasks in a dynamic and collaborative environment. >Make and receive telephone calls, taking and/or delivering appropriate messages. >Manage and execute procurement requests for cleaning supplies and office tools. >Candidates of foreign nationality are welcome to apply.
